New trailer revealed for 'Life Of Pi'

The second trailer for Life Of Pi, Ang Lee's adaption of the best-selling young adult novel, was revealed today. You can watch the trailer below.

The 3-D movie, which opens the New York Film Festival this Friday, is based on Yann Martel's book of the same name. The story centers around a young Indian boy named Piscine Molitor “Pi” Patel, who survives 277 days at sea in a sailboat with a Bengal tiger after the ship he and his family (and their hoard of zoo animals) are on wrecks and sinks. The 2001 novel received several awards and quite a bit of critical praise when it was published. (Even President Obama gave the book his seal of approval. In a letter to the author, the President described Life Of Pi  as “an elegant proof of God, and the power of storytelling.”

Life Of Pi is set for release in the U.S. on November 21.
