New video of the Ghost Inside drummer playing for first time since losing leg

New video of the Ghost Inside’s Andrew Tkaczyk drumming for the first time since losing his right leg has been shared by Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.

The six-and-a-half minute clip features Tkaczyk getting his custom kit set up to his liking, and then beginning his comeback process.

Andrew’s mother, Juli, is also in the video. She offers brief commentary on his journey to recovery.

Additionally, Andrew has penned a lengthy blog post on Mary Free Bed’s website, detailing his live over the past five-and-a-half months.

Last November, the Ghost Inside were involved in a tragic bus accident. While all band members and crew were left in stable condition, two drivers lost their lives. 

Tkaczyk lost his right leg, guitarist Zach Johnson lost multiple toes and frontman Jonathan Vigil was recently diagnosed with a bone infection.
