New villain rumored for 'The Avengers: Infinity War, Part 1'

With Age Of Ultron behind us, the rumor mill is beginning to churn on who will be in the next Avengers films, Infinity War, Part 1 and Infinity War, Part 2. It seems safe to assume that the two films will be mostly based off of Thanos' fight to create the infinity gauntlet, though it seems a new baddie will making their way into part one of the two part series.

Magus, also known as the alter-ego of Adam Warlock, is rumored to be making an appearance in the first part of the series. A audition listing reads as follows:

Auditions are now getting underway for the Marvel Studios feature film ‘Avengers: Infinity War – Part I’ lead and supporting roles. The auditions for new lead and supporting roles will be taking place in Los Angeles, CA. The film is the first in a two-part sequel in which Thanos plays a major role, along with the Magus. Adam Warlock’s bad side, the Magus, separates from his body and assembles the Infinity Gauntlet. Magus creates doppelgangers of Earth’s heroes as part of his plan to recreate a universe of evil. 'Avengers: Infinity War – Part I' will be shot entirely on the IMAX/ARRI 2D digital camera.”

While only rumored, how awesome would it be to see Magus on the big screen?
