Proving its legacy as a quintessential grunge album, Nevermind returned to the chart this week at No. 134 selling 5,000 units—when it debuted, it only sold 6,000 units the first week. Nevermind was released on Oct. 12, 1991 and landed at No. 144. It eventually got to No. 1 in Jan. of 1992.

Overall, Nevermind has sold 9.46 million albums in the U.S. and over 30 million worldwide—and it's clearly not slowing down.
