Orlando Bloom returns as Will Turner in new ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’ trailer—watch

Disney has been teasing the fifth installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise with a few teaser trailers since last fall. But we've yet to see Will Turner (AKA Orlando Bloom) in any of the footage—until now.

While it's only a second or two, we get a glimpse of Will with barnacles on his face reaching out to his son, Henry. If you've paid close enough attention to the stories, barnacles only grow if you're not doing your job correctly and then you begin to mutate. So it's possible the plot of the film and his son keep Will from his duties as captain. But we'll have to wait and see.

If you remember from At World's End, Will was bound for eternity to man the Flying Dutchman and only allowed to step on land once every 10 years.

Will has only once returned to land after ten years at the end of At World's End, so it's safe to assume that since Will and Henry are meeting again that this film is another 10 years from then.
