Our Last Night and AP partner for charity t-shirt in support of Paris

Following the attacks in Paris last week, AP and Our Last Night have teamed up to raise awareness and funds for the French Red Cross with the “We Need To Break The Cycle of Hate” t-shirt.

All proceeds from t-shirt sales will be donated directly to the French Red Cross in efforts to rebuild Paris. The shirt will be available until Sunday morning on Our Last Night’s website.

 “We need to break the cycle of hate” comes from the song “ A World Divided” from Our Last Night’s latest release, Younger Dreams. The band has released a statement about writing the song and how it relates to the recent attack:

“When we wrote “A World Divided” we wanted to shed light on how important it is to accept and understand each other. For some reason it has turned into a common human instinct to feel hatred toward an idea we don't understand. We feel that this lack of perspective is the root of most problems in our world. It saddens us deeply that an amazing city such as Paris has been the most recent target of this ignorant hatred. Paris has shown us so much love every time we've ever played there and we will help them in any way we possibly can. All of our thoughts are with those people in Paris, and anyone around the world that was affected by this tragedy. We love you. “
