However, Sharon’s update isn’t the first update we have gotten from a family member. Osbourne’s son, Jack, also shared some good news in an Instagram post.
A day prior to Jack’s update, Sharon shared that her husband was hospitalized. Ozzy was admitted after doctors feared his case may worsen to pneumonia, which could be fatal for someone of Ozzy’s age.
“As some of you may have heard, Ozzy was admitted to hospital following some complications from the flu,” Sharon says in a tweet. “His doctors feel this is the best way to get him on a quicker road to recovery. Thanks to everyone for their concern and love.”

Because of Ozzy’s health complications, he was forced to reschedule his European tour with Judas Priest. There is currently no word on when the tour will be rescheduled.
