Jason Momoa channels Ozzy Osbourne in “Scary Little Green Men” teaser

Ozzy Osbourne‘s new album Ordinary Man is officially out and the legendary musician is giving us a little teaser of what to expect next. Osbourne posted a teaser for what could be his next music video for “Scary Little Green Men” starring Jason Momoa.

On Feb. 20, Ozzy dropped his collaboration with Post Malone. “It’s a Raid” is the track title.

Jason Momoa has been around Hollywood for quite a while but really rose to prominence for his portrayal of the Dothraki Khal Drogo in Game Of Thrones. But, it wasn’t until he became DC ComicsAquaman that he was a household name.

The teaser starts with the below text.

The following trailer has been approved by bat-loving audiences to accompany Ozzy Osbourne’s new album Ordinary Man.

The teaser is a man, cloaked in the robe and rings of the Prince Of Darkness. He slowly approaches a microphone stand at the end of a long hallway. The background noise of a crowd chanting fills the air. It isn’t until the figure reaches the stand and throws off their hood that we see it is Momoa.

He immediately rips into the new song “Scary Little Green Men” as if he was Ozzy himself. The teaser ends with Momoa pretending to bite the head off of a fake bat.

Momoa has always been a fan of hard rock and metal. He once told Metal Hammer that many of his performances were inspired by the metal greats.

“I kind of build my characters off of metal songs, Momoa says. “Conan [The Barbarian] was really heavy Pantera, I’d say Aquaman was probably mostly built out of Tool and Kill ‘Em All[Metallica album]. “Ticks And Leeches,” if I want to get specific. There’s a lot of Sabbath in there too.”

Check out the teaser below.

Whether or not we can expect Momoa for the entire Ozzy video is unknown, but that would be awesome. Especially if Ozzy is in there too.

More Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne and Post Malone just dropped their second collaboration. The new song comes from Osbourne’s album Ordinary Man which dropped Feb. 21. The new song has a ripper of a title in “It’s A Raid.”

Their first collaboration came in the form of “Take What You Want” from Post Malone’s album Hollywood’s Bleeding.

Buckle your seatbelts, ladies and gentlemen because this song doesn’t play around.

Jangly guitars furiously count us in. Ozzy then screams the title of the track. From there, a frenzy of melodic fuzz carries us for four minutes and twenty seconds. Along the way, we hear Post Malone’s iconic vocals delivering just as much ferocity and passion as Ozzy Osbourne’s. Complete with an expletive-filled bridge, this song is everything you need to hear from The Prince Of Darkness.

Listen to the track below.

“It’s A Raid” Lyrics
It’s a raid
Oh no, every day

I hear them breathing on my telephone
I know I’m never alone
I’ve been to places you should never go
God’s really Satan and he’s waiting for you

Out in Hollywood, I’ve been locked up for seven days
I’m never coming out (Woo)
Why do I, I feel my life accelerate
I’m never coming down (Woo)
Mama said, “You can’t do what you already did”
In our revenge, by waiting for me
So Hollywood, I’ve been locked up for seven days
I’m never coming out (Woo)
Everybody wants me, everybody wants me

Outside my window, there’s a silhouette
My rifle’s right beside my bed
Hold on, I’m runnin’ out of cigarettes
Fuck

Yeah, you’re missing your fucking head
Everybody’s down, haha
Everything I am (Everything I am), everything I want to be (Hold on)
Everything I am (Get louder), won’t you come along with me? (Come along with me)
Attack (Yeah)
I want to see you go fucking wild
Go fucking crazy, hahaha
It’s a raid

I poured up fifty fuckin’ rounds,
Fuck, yeah, attack
It’s a raid, everybody out
Fuck, fuck you all

We’re so happy the album is already such a success. Ozzy Osbourne had to cancel his “No More Tours” North American shows.

The Prince Of Darkness is still going ahead with promotional obligations for his record Ordinary Man. After that, he’ll be heading to Europe for additional treatments.

“I’m so thankful that everyone has been patient because I’ve had a shit year,” Osbourne says in a statement. “Unfortunately, I won’t be able to get to Switzerland for treatment until April and the treatment takes six-eight weeks.

“I don’t want to start a tour and then cancel shows at the last minute, as it’s just not fair to the fans. I’d rather they get a refund now and when I do the North American tour down the road, everyone who bought a ticket for these shows will be the first ones in line to purchase tickets at that time.”

Refunds will be available for everyone with tickets at the point of purchase.
