Before the announcement that they would support Halsey, Pale Waves were on the road supporting their debut record My Mind Makes Noises.

Pale Waves hit ten stops with Halsey before the accident. They were set to play nine more, before ending in Manchester, UK on March 12.

The band issued a statement regarding the accident. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured.

Last night we were involved in a serious bus accident on our way to the Berlin show. We were really lucky and no-one has been seriously hurt, but we are not able to play the next few shows. We have loved playing these shows with Halsey and hope to be back on the tour really soon

Now, Doran issued a lengthy statement on Instagram providing more details on the event and saying “thank you for all the messages and support [she’s] received since the crash.”

One picture accompanying the post shows a flipped tour bus on the side of the road. Read the full statement below.

Hey everyone

i just want to say thank you for all the messages and support I’ve received since the crash. It means so much to me.

I know I’ve kept quiet about what exactly happened, it’s been taxing both mentally and physically and I still cannot wrap my head around it. Being trapped in the bus after it rolled off the road is one of the scariest things I’ve ever experienced. We honestly thought we were going to die. The injuries will heal but this will stay with me and everyone involved for forever.

I deeply apologise for having to cancel some shows on this tour…I would do anything to be there for you all and I cannot wait to get back on stage.

I want to also say thank you to everyone that was on the bus that night. The strength, compassion and bravery was like nothing I’ve experienced before. I can’t express the love and respect I have for you all.

I am so grateful to be alive and to be able to continue doing what I love most. See you all so soon. Love from your small average drummer ?? xx

We’re so glad that everyone is physically safe and unharmed. There is still no official update on how many live dates will be affected by the accident. The remaining dates that Pale Waves were supporting Halsey are below.
