Panic! At The Disco are apparently playing a rodeo

You heard that correctly. Panic! At The Disco are playing a goddamn rodeo this year. The band will perform at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX on Sunday, March 3.

In addition to the band’s special performance, patrons will be able to catch typical rodeo attractions. For the Panic! At The Disco spectacle, the rodeo portion will showcase Round 1 of Super Series 3.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Super Series is a “19-day tournament-style competition that crowns an event champion in bareback riding, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping and women’s barrel racing.”

The overall champions of each “class” will be awarded $50,000, all money won from previous rounds, a custom-made saddle and belt buckle and the opportunity to come back and compete next year.

Along with the attention-demanding events listed above, each day is accompanied by a star-studded concert to top it all off. In addition to Panic! At The Disco, spectators can see Kacey Musgraves, Cardi B, Zedd and many others, respectively. Check out the full roster below.

Additionally, Panic! At The Disco themselves confirmed their appearance at the rodeo with a reaction gif on Twitter.

Yeehaw.

You can purchase tickets for the rodeo and concert starting Thursday, Jan. 10 at 10 a.m. here.

With that being said, the general admission passes that are currently on the site do not include the rodeo or concert. Instead, they only grant fans access to the grounds to enjoy various exhibits and horse and livestock shows. In other words, general admission will grant patrons access to NRG Park, but not the NRG Stadium.

According to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s website, for just $5 more than the general admission, fans will get access to individual performances. The concert and rodeo in the NRG Stadium are included in that package, so be sure you are purchasing the correct tickets, folks!
