Panic! At The Disco had a little fun on film in Berlin, Germany during their European headlining tour with New Politics. Watch them live out their Matt Damon fantasies in the following Bourne Ultimatum-inspired tour update. For those stateside, the band have a North American headlining tour kicking off in January 2014.
