Papa Roach honor Chester Bennington with "Forever" and "In The End" crossover

Papa Roach honored the memory of Chester Bennington during their show in Vienna, Austria by intertwining a little bit of Linkin Park's “In The End” with their song “Forever.” The result is nothing short of a worthy, heartfelt homage to Bennington.

Fans and musicians alike have taken to showing their respects to the late Linkin Park vocalist, with Papa Roach continuing the gesture with a fitting and seamless transition in the midst of the band's song “Forever.” The crowd was quick to sing along as the band segued into “In The End” and it's enough to give you chills.

Frontman Jacoby Shaddix had a few words for the crowd following the end of the song. 

“We fucking love you man, we miss you.” Shaddix concludes by saying, “If there’s anybody in the house tonight who is walking through some darkness, please don’t be afraid to put your fucking hand out and go, ‘Yo, I need some fucking help.’ It takes courage, you know what I’m saying? But you guys, every last one of you guys are worth this life.”
