And we can only agree with how proud Wentz is of Urie—we’re proud, too! The Panic! frontman has been having the time of his life on Broadway, and since taking on the role of Charlie Price in Kinky Boots, the musical has bounced back into the “millionaires’ club,” reporting that the last time the musical made over $1 million in a non-holiday week was back in March.

Plus, this Broadway experience seems like it’ll influence the future of Panic! At The Disco as well.

“We’ve always wanted to create that production show, just mimicking Cirque du Soleil and Broadway shows, so I think that’s going to continue and only get better now that I’ve had some hands-on experience with it. I can’t wait for a live show and an album. I think it’s just going to be a lot of fun,” said Urie.

A Panic! show mimicking Cirque du Soleil and Broadway? Um, yes!

Fans are excited to see Urie on Broadway, too. Watch them sing “This Is Gospel” outside the theater and wish you were there to sing along!
