Pierce The Veil’s Tony Perry wins the APMA for Best Guitarist

Tony Perry of Pierce The Veil won the award for Best Guitarist (presented by Gibson Brands) at the 2015 AP Music Awards. The honor was given to Perry by Winston McCall of Parkway Drive, Jake Luhrs of August Burns Red and Mike Bohn of Issues.

In his victory, Perry beat out some stiff competition—including Saves The Day’s Arun Bali, Every Time I Die’s Jordan Buckley, Dance Gavin Dance’s Will Swan and Jacky Vincent of Falling In Reverse.

It's fantastic to have you back, dude! (Tony was unable to play Warped Tour this summer due to a recent mountain biking accident.)
