Full moon tonight won't actually be pink like name suggests, here's why

Here at Altpress, we love all things spooky, so Friday’s full moon is definitely something we’re interested in.

The moon will not only be full, but also pink, so it’ll definitely give us pastel goth vibes.

The moon is officially going to be full at 7:12 a.m. EST on Friday, so it will look full on Thursday night and completely full on Friday.

Even though it is a pink moon, it won’t actually look pink. It’s called that to symbolize the start of spring and the pink-colored blossoms that have started to bloom. It will appear yellow, orange or even red depending on the conditions of the atmosphere.
