Pixies announce full North American tour, release new music video

The Pixies have announced a full tour of North America, set to take place at the beginning of next year, with Best Coast, Cults, and FIDLAR tapped to support. The band are currently in the midst of a tour of Europe.

This marks Pixies' first proper North American tour since the departure of original bassist Kim Deal (who has since been replaced by The Muffs' Kim Shattuck) and the surprise release of a new EP, their first record in 22 years, EP1.

Tickets are set to go on sale this Friday, Oct. 11, at 10 a.m. local time. Here's a full list of dates:

In addition to the tour announcement, Pixies have released a new Ondi Timoner-directed video for “Andro Queen,” a track from EP1. “Andro Queen” follows last month's video for “Indy Cindy,” which arrived with the EP announcement. Watch the new video below:
