Pixies release surprise Gil Norton-produced EP, music video for new single "Indie Cindy"

The Pixies apparently had more new music up their sleeve than just June's “Bagboy.” With little fanfare or forewarning, the band released four brand new songs this morning, on an EP titled EP-1, along with a music video for lead single “Indie Cindy.”

EP-1 marks Pixies' first all-new release since 1991's Trompe Le Monde, and was produced by Gil Norton, the man responsible for production duties on all but the group's debut. The EP is available for purchase now on vinyl or as a digital download, from the band's site.
