UPDATE: Wednesday, May 24 at 10:45 a.m. EST

Manchester Police have arrested three more suspects with a possible connection to the attack at the Manchester Arena along with revealing more information about the attack.

The New York Times reported that security experts expressed that the explosive device used in the attack was “sophisticated” and that “it seems likely — possible — that he wasn’t doing this on his own.”

UK Home Secretary Amber Rudd slammed the United States, on BBC Radio 4's Today, for leaking information regarding the attack.

“The British police have been very clear that they want to control the flow of information in order to protect operational integrity, the element of surprise,” said Rudd. “So it is irritating if it gets released from other sources and I have been very clear with our friends that that should not happen again.”

Rudd made clear that the leaks had not compromised the investigation.

The Manchester police have confirmed that they have arrested a 23-year-old male following last night’s attack at the Manchester Arena in England, along with two warrants as well. They believe 22-year-old Salman Abedi carried out the attack, although “he has not yet been formally identified.” They are focusing on establishing whether or not it was an independent act or if it was part of a network.
