Popeyes ugly Christmas sweater sells out faster than their sandwiches

Much like the sandwiches, all-new Popeyes Ugly Christmas Sweaters sold out nearly immediately. The delightful orange and white-striped bundle of warmth is all gone. We’re only talking about the sweater right now because Popeyes hasn’t sold out of the sandwich yet.

Given the insanity surrounding the sandwich, it makes sense that the craze would carry over into all Popeyes chicken sandwich related merchandise areas. What’s next, chicken sandwich slippers? Those would probably sell out immediately too.

This sweater looks so good, you might be on the dinner table on Christmas Day. The Popeyes sweater retailed for $44.95, nearly 11-times the cost of a sandwich. At that price, we’d take the sandwiches.
