Possible unreleased Brand New demo surfaces
A mysterious demo has been circulating on the internet the past few days with vocals that sound incredibly akin to Brand New frontman Jesse Lacey.
PropertyOfZack.com initially released the song earlier today on their Soundcloud page. Listen to the track here and tell us what you think!
It is pure speculation at this point whether the song is actually Brand New or some other unknown project. However, drummer Brian Lane recently mentioned in an interview that there was definitely “Brand New stuff” happening.
No official statement or other information regarding the song is available at this time. Nobody can keep you in the dark quite like Brand New.

UPDATE: PropertyOfZack have commented on their original post, stating that a thread on Reddit is contending that the song is called “Out Of Range” and was recorded a while ago by Lacey and Brand New guitarist Vin Accardi. Some fans are claiming that they have had the song in their library for years, but were “not aware that this potential b-side was unreleased”. Still nothing can be confirmed at this time.
