Post Malone bootleg merch vendors issued lawsuit from Live Nation
Live Nation are suing bootleg vendors selling fake Post Malone merchandise outside venues where the rapper is performing.
Post Malone is currently on a headlining run through North America on the Runaway Tour.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Live Nation are asking for restraining orders against any vendors attempting to sell fake merch at Post Malone’s show in Newark, New Jersey.
The bootleggers have become an issue for the company. The lawsuit accuses the vendors of selling low-quality merchandise outside venues which fans believe Posty is endorsing.
The suit also puts a restraining order on the vendors at the upcoming show at Prudential Center and other suits could possibly be issued for future stops. The company also seeks to seize and destroy the knock-off items.
“Defendants have manufactured Infringing Merchandise for the sole purpose of selling it at the concerts,” the suit reads. “It is beyond dispute that Defendants [vendors] have and will continue to knowingly utilize the Artist’s [Post Malone] Trademarks to deceive the public and create the appearance that Defendants’ Infringing Merchandise is sponsored by or originated from Plaintiff, and Plaintiff has no control over the quality of the merchandise.”

The company is hoping the injunction will stop people from trying to sell unofficial merchandise during the rest of the rapper’s tour.
This isn’t the first time Live Nation has sued for fake merchandise. In 2017, the company pre-sued those who tried selling false Coldplay items.
According to IQ Magazine, the suit was an attempt to dissuade false merch vendors from trying to sell their products outside of the band’s show in Boston.
In the suit, the names used were John/Jane Does 1-100 and XYZ Company “because their true names and capacities are unknown at this time,” stated Live Nation in court papers. “This complaint will be amended when their true names and capacities are ascertained.”
Like the Post Malone suit, the company also sought monetary compensation and the destruction of all fake merchandise.

Post Malone is no stranger to tattoos. Besides enormous amounts of talent, the 24-year old rapper is known for his trademark face tattoos. Just last month, the musician got a massive gauntlet and flail tattooed onto one of his cheeks.
Not even one week after debuting his newest face tattoo of a bloody buzzsaw, Posty added two more pieces of ink to his collection. One of them being on his face.
One of the tattoos was posted by Tyla Yahweh who we’ve seen hanging with Posty in the past. Yaweh posted the video of the two with the caption “Bff tats ? @postmalone.” The new tattoos say “POSTY CO.”

The next bit of ink for Post Malone is his newest face tattoo. This one falls much more in line with his previous face pieces of a gauntlet and buzzsaw. The newest tattoo is a bloody hammer on his right cheek. The picture was posted by Zachary Lowhorn and shows the gruesome new ink.
