Post Malone has always loved rock and roll. There’s some uncovered footage of what seems to be his high school band covering Asking Alexandria. He’s covered Nirvana’s “Lithium” and “All Apologies,” screamed to Pantera‘s “Walk” and has collaborated with the legendary Ozzy Osbourne not once, but twice with “Take What You Want” and “It’s A Raid.”

Now, Posty plans on having some fun honoring the music he loves and raising some money for a good cause.

Post Malone announced the special livestream on his social media channel today (April 22). The post includes a teaser of Posty looking like a rockstar with the audible roar of a crowd in the background.

The livestream will be broadcast from Posty’s home and air at 3 P.M. PST/6 P.M EST. Post Malone says he will “perform a set of Nirvana hits and fan favorites.”
In addition, viewers have the chance to donate to United Nations Foundation’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization throughout the show. Google will all donations at a 2:1 rate up to $5 million.

For more information, Posty says to text him at (817-270-6440). The livestream will be available on Post Malone’s official YouTube channel here.

More Post Malone

Want to see Post Malone before he became the chart-topping singer we know and love? Following a video on Riff Raff’s Instagram page recently, the “Better Now” singer was featured in a post from 50 Cent.

If you look at 50 Cent’s tweet, you can catch Posty in a video for a song the pair recorded in 2015 called “Tryna Fuck Me Over.” The song was featured on 50 Cent’s mixtape, The Kanan Tape.

50 Cent tweeted he “forgot” to post it when it was originally shot.

Posty wears his familiar braids, a bomber jacket, and a gold chain. The video starts with the pair talking in a car. A police car alarm sounds and 50 Cent jumps out of the car. 50 Cent jumps into the chorus, saying “y’all tryna fuck me over.”

A pre-facial tattoo Posty looks elated to be working beside one of the most recognizable rappers in the game. He’s no slouch with his verse, though. Some lyrics “right before I came into this bitch hot, needed cigarettes, I made a pit stop, spent my life tryna be a good guy, still, people want to see me get got.”
