Could a Post Malone and Power Trip collaboration happen?

We all know that rapper Post Malone is a metal fan at heart, but does that mean he’d ever try to collab with a band from the scene?

We’d like to think so.

This past weekend we couldn’t help but notice that Post and Texas metal-act Power Trip have been posting corresponding pictures of one another on their respective accounts.

Of course, this is probably meaningless, but we totally wouldn’t mind seeing the two join forces on a song.

The Instagram exchange started when photographer Adam DeGross shared a snap of the rapper and Riley from Power Trip together.

After the picture of the two together was posted, Power Trip then shared a photo of Post wearing their merch.

While the two haven’t officially mentioned doing a collab, that doesn’t mean it can’t happen…right?
