Baseball-themed grindcore outfit, Puig Destroyer (featuring Thrice drummer Riley Breckenridge) have premiered “Batflip” from their upcoming self-titled debut full-length, which is set for release on September 30 (the first day of the MLB Postseason) via No Sleep Records. The 20-track LP is currently available for pre-order. In case you missed it, the band have already streamed the impending effort's first two singles: “Mike Trout” and “No One Cares About Your Fantasy Team.” The first of which pays homage to Los Angeles Angels’ 2014 All-Star MVP outfielder, Mike Trout.
Inspired by Los Angeles Dodgers’ electrifying outfielder Yasiel Puig, Puig Destroyer came together when Puig was just beginning his rookie season in 2013.
