Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival announced their lineup for 2019. The festival will take place in Las Vegas on Memorial Day weekend, May 24-27.
The new lineup includes over 30 rising bands who have never performed at Punk Rock Bowling, including the Coathangers and the Split Seconds. Other bands on the lineup include Undertones, Teenage Bottlerocket, Dead Boys, the Damned and Refused.
“We like to encompass all aspects of the punk-rock community and all the genres that helped create it,” Mark Stern, Punk Rock Bowling co-founder, says. “Punk rock is not just one sound. It has influenced and been influenced by so many different musical styles, so it’s our goal to celebrate all that diversity at Punk Rock Bowling.”
To accommodate the larger lineup, Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival added a second stage. The new setup is designed for fans to experience up to 16 bands a day with no overlap.
In addition to the 30 bands set to grace the stage, the music festival is also offering activities. Attendees can go to late-night club and lounge shows. There will also be poker and bowling tournaments as well as pool parties. Plus, the first 1,000 people to enter the festival get a free drink at the Hooligan Happy Hour.
Three-day festival passes for Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival start at $125 and are on sale now. VIP passes start at $350. All three-day passes come with presale access codes that will allow users to purchase up to three late-night club show tickets when they go on sale in February. All three-day passes are on sale now.
