Pussy Riot member released; two still in custody

Since being sentenced in August on charges of hooliganism, three members of the Russian punk band Pussy Riot have been in custody, but after an appeal with new defense, Yekaterina Samutsevich was released Wednesday. The other two members still remain in custody and scheduled to serve their two-year sentences in separate prisons.

Samutsevich's new defense team brought forth video footage showing that she was not a part of the actual members who performed the song in the church–she was stopped before she could enter. As such, they argued she should not be punished the same as the other two since she was not technically a part of the performance.

With one released, do you believe the other two will be prematurely released from their sentences? With everyone from Paul McCartney to Madonna and Russia's own Prime Minister calling for their release, what do you make of the situation?
