PVRIS to record new album in allegedly "haunted" church

Former AP cover stars PVRIS are guests on the latest episode of the Mike Herrera Hour—a podcast hosted by the MxPx frontman. The band discuss a multitude of things, including White Noise and their highly anticipated sophomore full-length effort.

Regarding the next record, the band revealed the location of where they will be recording at: a church in upstate New York that is apparently haunted. You can read an excerpt of dialog and hear the podcast in full below.

PVRIS are currently on their summer headlining tour. The released the deluxe edition of White Noise, earlier this year on Rise Records.

“We’re going into the studio this fall; doing some writing trips over the summer. We’re gonna go to New Orleans for a week; we’re gonna go to the UK for a week—get some old history vibes going on. We [have] confirmed that we’re gonna be recording up in upstate New York in an old church [that has been] renovated into a studio. Apparently it’s haunted, and apparently the house that we’re staying at is haunted too.”
