Queens Of The Stone Age working on new album

Queens Of The Stone Age have apparently finished recording a brand new album. Recurrent QOTSA guest vocalist Mark Lanegan dropped hints of the still-under-wraps project on a recent podcast, as reported by Theprp.com.

Lanegan leaked the info on Dean Delray’s Let There Be Talk. Lanegan said he’s not on the new record… but definitely alluded to its completion. Delray took the bait, asking, “Have you heard it? I know they just finished, I’m dying to hear it.”

QOTSA’s last effort was 2013’s …Like Clockwork. Foo Fighters and Nirvana’s Dave Grohl famously beat the skins for QUOTSA on their album Songs For The Deaf. Are you stoked for some new stuff from Queens? Sound off in the comments below.
