Rancid debut The Bash traveling music festival with Pennywise, L7, more

Music fans and beer lovers are in for a real treat after punk-rock band Rancid announced their brand new festival set to hit the U.S. this Spring! The music & beer festival includes a killer lineup of bands and over 100 craft beers for you to taste.

Rancid teamed up with Synergy Global Entertainment, Inc. and Brew Ha Ha Productions to present The Bash, a festival that will feature both music and beer.

The festival will kick off on May 11 in Phoenix, Arizona and include a total of seven stops continuing through June.

The lineup will include Rancid, Pennywise (excluding Phoenix), Suicidal Tendencies, and L7. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, H2O, Madball, Noi!se, and Sharp Shock will perform on select dates.

Each date of the festival will include craft beer tastings until 4:00 P.M. from some of the best breweries in the country.

“I’m looking forward to playing with some of my favorite bands in the world,” says Rancid’s Tim Armstrong. “Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, L7, and more. We look forward to seeing everyone out at The Bash!”

John Reese, CEO of SGE, adds, “I am a massive fan of these bands, and the chance to launch this event with Rancid is really exciting for SGE. The band has been so engaged in developing this special series of shows, and it shows how much they care about their fans.”

*Note: Pennywise will not perform at the Phoenix date. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones will perform at the Phoenix date only, as direct support. Additional support varies by date.
