'Reading Rainbow' coming back to life on Netflix

Reading Rainbow is amongst the new slew of shows coming to Netflix in August. Can you feel thing tingling sensation? It’s called nostalgia and it’s so real right now.

Last year, a Kickstarter was launched by the folks at Reading Rainbow to bring the show’s concept to children everywhere, via the internet. The campaign finished with raising an astounding $5,408,917, which is 600 percent over the initial goal.

In May, the first post-Kickstarter product was launched. Dubbed Skybrary, the service essentially brings the Reading Rainbow experience to anyone with access to the internet. More information can be found on RR’s official website.
