Real Friends, Hit The Lights, Diamond Youth, more added to Skate And Surf
Real Friends have been added to the lineup of Skate And Surf Festival this year. Additionally, Cancer Bats, Diamond Youth, Hit the Lights, No Good News and Souvenirs have also all been added. “Skate and Surf has always been a pretty significant event to us,” says Real Friends bassist Kyle Fasel. “It definitely holds a special place in my heart and memory. Very stoked!”
Real Friends will also be featured in an upcoming app developed within the Gameloud platform. Gameloud is a platform for other apps that allows users to redeem points (GameChange) for real prizes. “Very crazy to see us on a video game app. Excited to be a part of all of this!” said Kyle. While the Real Friends app is yet to be released, GC Derby will be coming in the next couple of weeks. This racing golf cart game ties fans directly into the Skate and Surf Festival and allows them the opportunity to redeem points for real prizes at the festival (tickets, food, parking, merch, and more).
RF are nominated for Best Bassist, Album Of The Year and Best Video at the 2015 APMAs.
Skate And Surf Festival will be return to Asbury Park, New Jersey on May 16 and 17. Tickets are on sale now. You can see the full lineup below.
