The New Low posted a haunting cover of Saosin's “Voices.”

The alt-rock band hail from Salt Lake City and dropped their debut album Continuance last summer via Razor & Tie.

“Saosin has always been a big influence in our music, so covering “Voices” was something I've always wanted to do,” says frontman Garrett Garfield. “We really try to put our own spin/emotion into any song we cover, and we hope that really translates with this one!”

All Time Low's initiative for the ACLU raised $12,000. The band announced today they're matching that and donating an additional $12,000.

“We launched a little fundraising endeavor with a limited run [of] T-shirts that we had made up with one of our buddies Andrew Cook,”  Gaskarth says to AP about the initiative. “All the proceeds of that are being donated to the ACLU to help protect American Civil Liberties and what I'd consider basic human rights and necessities.”

For the initiative, All Time Low released a limited edition T-shirt with the words: “Open hearts, open hands.”
