Revenge pornographer Hunter Moore (Is Anyone Up?) is going to prison

Gawker reports that Hunter Moore, who founded the revenge-porn site isanyoneup.com, has pleaded guilty to “unauthorized access to a computer, aiding and abetting unauthorized access of a computer, and identity theft.”

Moore founded the now-defunct site, which was infamous for posting nude pictures without the subjects consent. (The subjects, early on, were often band members.)

According to Gawker, the 28-year-old “faces a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years in prison, plus fines of up to $500,000 and probation for up to 3 years once he gets out.” He’s also forbidden to contact the revenge porn victims identified in the case.

Moore’s co-defendant, Charles Evens, said he was paid to hack into Gmail accounts and swipe nudes for the website.
