Riot Fest adoptable puppy may or may not know this year’s lineup
Riot Fest has recently taken to Twitter to tease their lineup in one of the most heartwarming, yet unconventional of ways. Earlier today, the festival said if their Adoptable Puppy Of The Week, Mr. Big, finds a forever home, the dog may just reveal the lineup.
“This dog knows the Riot Fest lineup and if you adopt him he just might tell you,” the festival says in a tweet.

According to Riot Fest’s website, the pup in question is currently the longest term dog at the shelter, making his case of utmost importance. Mr. Big’s description says he would do “do great in a yard of his own where he could bask in the sunshine.”
While we know the tease may just be an effort to get the folks of Chicago to adopt (not shop), we certainly think joining the two could be a brilliant marketing tactic.
That said, just yesterday, a fan suggested the festival only release the lineup as dogs get adopted. Could this be what Riot Fest has been planning all along?
Don’t release the lineup, just tell us the # of bands that are playing & when the same amount of adoptable pups get adopted, then and only then, you would release the lineup. Just an idea. Feel free to criticize/turndown
