Save By The Max spent the last year serving Bayside Burgers to Chicago fans of the TV show Saved By The Bell, and wanting to bring a new project to the pop-up space, teamed up with Riot Fest’s Michael “Riot Mike” Petryshyn for a unique, Riot Fest-inspired menu in a “fascinating turn-of-the-century carnival-style environment.”

“I’ve always wanted to be a part of a restaurant, but time and life constraints made that seem impossible,” says Riot Mike. “But, thanks to Derek, Zack and Steve’s vision, they have given us an opportunity to create something special. And we want to do nothing short of wowing our fans with this experience.”

The restaurant will be open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with an “after-hours” late night bar menu served on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 10 p.m.

At 10 p.m., The Riot Feast transforms into a carnival speakeasy.

The restaurant will run July 8 through September. If you want to reserve your place at the restaurant, you can purchase advance tickets for seating in either GA communal dining or VIP reserved elevated table dining. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, June 9, at 11 a.m. here.
