“This week’s #Riverdale is the last episode Luke filmed,” he wrote on Twitter. “As always, Fred’s imparting words of wisdom to Archie. A beautiful, true moment between a father and his son. “Wish these scenes could go on forever…”

He also shared a photo of Perry as Archie Andrews’ dad. You can check it out below.

The episode will air Wednesday at 8 p.m. on the CW.

Perry died in March at age 52. The week prior to his death, it was reported that Perry suffered a massive stroke and was hospitalized.

Following his death, the showrunners have honored the star by paying homage to Perry by dedicating all future episodes to him. They also said they want to take time to address his death in the show.

Following his death, Perry’s costar Cole Sprouse gave an update about the cast’s emotions.

“We’re recovering, yeah,” Sprouse says. “It’s obviously not the easiest thing to talk about, but he was well-loved, and there’s been an outpouring of emotional support from people around the world, which just goes to show what a wonderful person he was and how much he impacted people’s lives, and impacted our lives. But I know that his family has requested a sort of privacy during this period and I respect that quite a bit.”

As for Riverdale, season 3 kicked off in Oct. 2018 with episodes airing through May. The series was renewed for a fourth season in January, but cast members (including Perry) weren’t confirmed as season 3 is still airing. However, TMZ reports he was shooting scenes in Los Angeles prior to his hospitalization.

Perry will also appear in Quentin Tarantino upcoming Charles Manson biopic Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and more and is set for a July 26 release.
