The show has been teasing the Riverdale musical episode for months now and fans have been eagerly awaiting to see what the show's creators have in store for Archie and his friends. While the details have been pretty tight lipped, The CW has finally released a real first look into the musical episode… in the way of two music videos.

The first of the videos is a speical behind-the-scenes look at the cast of Riverdale as they sing to “A Night We'll Never Forget.” The music video shows all of the important characters, even Jugehead, who we know won't be taking part in the festivities, as they prepare for the opening of Riverdale High School's take on Carrie: The Musical

The second music video show the Riverdale cast performing “In,” the first song from their production of Carrie. Performed by Archie, Betty, Veronica, Cheryl and more, the music video shows the characters' as they are getting ready for another school day. The video, while first showing the characters individually, soon brings the entire cast together as they rehearse for the big production.

We're seriously so excited to see the upcoming Riverdale episode.

As previously reported, the musical episode, titled “A Night To Remember,” is set to be framed as a documentary by Jughead Jones. Check out the premise of the episode below:

The Riverdale High Drama Department (RHDD), in conjunction with the Lodge Family, is pleased to present as its Spring Production, “Carrie: The Musical,” a dark-yet-catchy cautionary tale exploring the gritty realities of small-town high school life. Future Tony Winner Kevin Keller helms as director, combining iconic elements from the novel, 1976 movie, 1988 Broadway production, 2012 Off-Broadway revival, and 2013 remake to create a retro-yet-timeless interpretation of Stephen King’s horror classic. Additionally, a behind-the-scenes documentary following the making of “Carrie: The Musical” will be filmed by student videographer and journalist Jughead Jones.

While this is set to be a documentary about Jughead, don't expect Cole Sprouse to be joining in on the musical action. In a previous report, we found out that Sprouse won't be singing his heart out on stage. Instead, he'll be doing “something quintessentially Jughead during the musical.”

“Cole and I talked about it a while ago, and I said, 'How do you feel about musicals?'” showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said. “At that time, we were going to do Little Shop Of Horrors. And he basically said, 'Listen, I never sang for Disney. It would take a lot.'”

The episode is set to air April 18 at 8 p.m. and features 11 songs from the musical.
