Sad Summer Fest just announced the lineup for their incredible second year. The stacked, traveling tour will be headlined by All Time Low. Of course, sticking with formula that created such a successful inaugural year, Sad Summer Fest will also include The Story So Far, Movements, the Maine, Grayscale, Yours Truly, and Destroy Boys.

The Journeys sponsored tour has expanded this year to include 18 separate dates, spanning from July 17 to Aug. 15.

The first Sad Summer Fest took place in 2019 and featured Mayday Parade, the Maine, State Champs, the Wonder Years and a slew of others. With it being such a massive success, it only made sense to bring back that amazing emo energy for another year.

Fresh off the announcement of their upcoming album Wake Up, Sunshine, All Time low are incredibly stoked to headline this year’s fest.

“Rock n Roll summer camp just hits a little bit different when you’re with your friends,” Alex Gaskarth says. “This tour is going to be something special, something we’ve all been chasing. Can’t fucking wait.”

This year, Sad Summer Fest has partnered with REVERB. REVERB is a nonprofit that works to empower music lovers to take positive action in environmental and social issues. Sad Summer Fest is also bringing the Rock’n’Refill program to the tour. Among other eco-efforts the festival will work to reduce its single use plastic output by encouraging fans to refill reusable bottles at the tour’s free hydration stations, presented by Journey’s.

“We are excited to partner with Sad Summer Fest this year as the presenting sponsor, and to build on what started in 2019,” Adam Sloan, Director of Entertainment, Journeys Group says. “The audience is perfectly aligned with our customers and employees. And from the bands playing the stage to the teams of people working behind the scenes, we couldn’t ask for a better group of partners.”

“So this summer, we’re looking forward to creating unique, thoughtful experiences to share with our employees and core customers all across the country.”

Sad Summer Fest will also, once again, feature interactive fan experiences including activities on site, photo backdrop activations, and much more.

To be clear, All Time Low, The Story So Far, Movements, The Maine, Grayscale, Yours Truly, and Destroy Boys are on every date of this year’s Sad Summer Fest.

Hopefully, Sad Summer fest will be able to cure those Warped Tour blues for the second year in a row.
