More on Saosin
Saosin haven’t released a new album since 2016’s Along The Shadow, which marked their first with Anthony Green back on vocals.
However, in November, we got a taste of what’s to come from their upcoming fourth record. The band’s guitarist and co-founder Beau Burchell gave fans a glimpse at some new riffs from the album through a clip of a song recording.
Burchell also shared a photo of the album folder where the files are being held showing the dates they worked on the record and how long it has taken to come together.
“Creative juices be flowin. Feeling really good about LP4. #saosin. I’m also extremely thankful for everyone who continues to support me, saosin and my friends, letting us continue to create music and share it with you,” the posts read.
A few weeks later, Green opened up on the “very challenging” timeline of trying to work on both Saosin and Circa Survive music. The vocalist is currently working on what will be the seventh Circa album, telling a fan that it will come ahead of the already teased fourth Saosin LP.
Green received a heartfelt compliment from the fan. Replying to Green’s tweet about an unconfirmed date for the upcoming Blue Sky Noise tour, the fan chimed in to tell Green how much he loves his music.
@AnthonyGreen, decades long @Saosin fan here. CAN’T WAIT FOR #LP4!!!!!!! Just found out about @circasurvive a couple months ago. I know, it’s sad. I’m sorry. HOWEVER, I’m now a HUGE FAN of BSN & Descensus & the Amulet! & I can’t WAIT to spend some on the #BlueSkyNoise tour!!
Green replied, discussing the release schedule for the upcoming tunes.
Working on new circa music right now so you’ll have to wait until that comes our before we can move with lp4. Trying to time everything right is very challenging. thanks for understanding.
