'School Of Rock' is coming to Broadway

A Broadway adaptation of Jack Black’s classic School Of Rock film will debut December 6, while an early showing is set to premiere November 9.  Alex Brightman will play Jack Black’s vibrant Dewey Finn character, and Sierra Boggess will take on the role of school principal.

Among others, Rob Cavallo has joined School Of Rock’s new team of creatives. You may know Cavallo as the producer of Green Day’s iconic American Idiot LP.
