See how Demi Lovato says meditation helped her make contact with UFOs

Someone call Tom DeLonge because Demi Lovato has recorded alleged evidence of a UFO sighting.

The “OK Not To Be OK” singer recently traveled to Joshua Tree with her loved ones and Dr. Steven Greer and his CE5 team. While there, she caught an apparent sighting on video.

On Saturday, Oct. 17, Demi Lovato decided to share her experiences and recent UFO research over the past few months. In a lengthy Instagram post, she reveals that she has been learning more about the science of consciousness.

“The past few days I’ve spent in Joshua Tree with a small group of loved ones and @dr.steven.greer and his CE5 team. Over the past couple months I have dug deep into the science of consciousness and experienced not only peace and serenity like I’ve never known but I also have witnessed the most incredibly profound sightings both in the sky as well as feet away from me.”

Lovato decided to take part in this research as a way to make changes here on Earth. She believes that if more people tried to make contact with “extraterrestrial life,
the government would change their actions that are destroying the planet.

“This planet is on a very negative path towards destruction but WE can change that together,” she continues. “If we were to get 1% of the population to meditate and make contact, we would force our governments to acknowledge the truth about extraterrestrial life among us and change our destructive habits destroying our planet.”

Lovato also posted a brief video of an alleged UFO sighting she captured while in Joshua Tree. The video shows a fluorescent red object quickly moving through the sky. Lovato reveals that this isn’t the first time she has witnessed an apparent UFO sighting. As well, she claims to have previously made contact with “extraterrestrial life.”

“This is just some of the evidence from under the stars in the desert sky that can no longer be ignored and must be shared immediately,” she continues. “To make contact yourself you can download the CE5 app and it will teach you the protocols to connect to life form beyond our planet!! (Ps, if it doesn’t happen on the first try – keep trying – it took me several sessions to tap into a deep enough level of meditation to make contact!) Happy communicating.”

Now, Demi Lovato isn’t the first musician to openly talk about their experiences with unidentified aerial phenomena. Former blink-182 member Tom DeLonge dedicates a large portion of his life to To The Stars Academy which focuses on research and finding evidence of UFOs.

Back in September, DeLonge revealed some of his beliefs about unidentified aerial phenomena including why aliens may have been present for the birth of Jesus. As well, his research has inspired his new film Monsters Of California which he co-wrote and is directing.

Post Malone also claims that he began seeing UFOs when he was 16. During an episode of the Joe Rogan Podcast, Posty recalled the first time he saw an unidentified aerial phenomenon while he was living in New York.

“I’ve seen one. I was probably 16, in upstate New York, and it would just stay there [in the sky],” he said. “My aunt and uncle were very strict and we had to go to bed at a very strict deadline probably 10 p.m. I was looking out the window with my cousin and it’s just a light that stays there and then just fuckin’ goes off. Just ‘whoosh,’ you can’t explain it.”

Posty also witnessed a second UFO sighting while living in Tarzana, a neighborhood in Los Angeles. According to the rapper, he saw a “classic” UFO force field. He also said four other people witnessed the same sighting.

I used to live in Tarzana,” he said. “There was a balcony, and it sounds corny, but there was a classic force field. When you think of a force field, and it’s kinda like a dome, in a circular shape and it just [quickly] goes back in. In Tarzana, looking down at the fucking city. I’m like, ‘how did nobody else see this?’ But I was there with four other people and they saw it, too.”

Since Lovato’s video was posted, fellow former Disney star Miley Cyrus has also come forward about her experiences. She told Interview Magazine on Oct. 19 that she recently witnessed a UFO.

“I was driving through San Bernardino with my friend, and I got chased down by some sort of UFO,” she says. “I’m pretty sure about what I saw.”

However, Cyrus does admit that she may have been slightly impaired when the ordeal happened.

“[I] bought weed wax from a guy in a van in front of a taco shop,” she shares. “So it could have been the weed wax. The best way to describe it is a flying snowplow. It had this big plow in the front of it and was glowing yellow. I did see it flying, and my friend saw it, too.”

Cyrus also claims that various other cars stopped to look at the object and that she actually made eye contact with an unidentified aerial phenomena.

“It looked at me and we made eye contact,” she continues. “I think that’s what really shook me, looking into the eyes of something that I couldn’t quite wrap my head around. I was shaken for, like, five days. It fucked me up.”
