Sharon Osbourne is recovering away from Ozzy after COVID-19 diagnosis
Sharon Osbourne has confirmed she has tested positive for COVID-19.
This week, she has offered an update on her health following a brief hospitalization.

Back in September, the Osbournes were impacted by the coronavirus pandemic after Jack Osbourne‘s daughter Minnie tested positive for the virus. At the time, it was believed that Minnie had contracted the virus from one of Jack’s co-workers.
“She’s okay, she’s doing good,” Sharon said. “I don’t have it. Her daddy [Jack Osbourne] doesn’t have it. Her mommy doesn’t have it [and] her sisters don’t. She caught it from somebody that works for my son. And it just goes to show you, she’s three years of age, that children can get COVID.”
Following Minnie’s COVID-19 diagnosis, Sharon went into a two-week quarantine away from her husband Ozzy Osbourne. Despite various negative test results, she decided it was best for her family and The Talk cast and crew to self-isolate.

Now, nearly three months later, Sharon has confirmed she has tested positive for coronavirus. She took to Instagram to reveal that she was briefly hospitalized after her diagnosis. However, she is now in recovery and isolating away from Ozzy and the rest of her family.
At this time, Sharon has not revealed how she contracted COVID-19. As well, The Talk is currently on hiatus while she recovers.
“I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for COVID-19,” she says. “After a brief hospitalization, I’m not recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while The Talk is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone please stay safe and healthy.”

At the start of the pandemic, Kelly Osbourne expressed her concern for Ozzy given his ongoing health problems and Parkinson’s diagnosis.
“You know my father has COPD, Parkinson’s and he is really, really high risk,” Kelly said. “They have told us how serious this is and I’m terrified.”
More recently, Ozzy said he doesn’t want to be one of the first people to get the coronavirus vaccine despite his Parkinson’s putting him at a higher risk. During an interview on Apple Music Hits’ Rock Classics Radio, he revealed he is hesitant about the vaccine because of the unknown side effects.
“I’m not gonna be number one on that fucking new vaccine,” Ozzy said. “I don’t know want to be the first one to wake up with a set of fucking antlers in the morning.”

As well, earlier this week, Kelly took to Twitter to share her thoughts on individuals who don’t disclose their coronavirus diagnosis.
