Simple Creatures tease new music with hilarious Muppets parody

Shortly after dropping their debut EP, Mark Hoppus and Alex Gaskarth‘s side project Simple Creatures are teasing new music.

The band swiftly set the internet ablaze with news of their new project earlier this year but it looks like we’re in for more material from the duo.

While Gaskarth’s main band All Time Low are taking “a bit of a break” in 2019, he’s not taking time away from music and teased material from Simple Creatures.

Gaskarth teased fans with a photo of himself and Hoppus as the cranky old men Muppets saying “who’s about ready for some new Creatures then?”

Fans are obviously stoked about the possibility of more new tunes from the duo and have been making some hilarious comments about the Muppets photo.

The duo previously said in the interview with Rocksound they had plans to create a full album which is likely what will be arriving soon.

“Album, yes,” Hoppus says. “When we first set out, we had enough music to put out a record but I don’t think we wanted to inundate people with that much music right off the bat. We wanted to put out some music [then] put out some more music later.”

In case you missed it, Simple Creatures released a video for their third single “Adrenaline” back in April which you can watch below. That video follows the release of a “Drug” lyric video and a “Strange Love” music video.
