In case you haven’t seen it, check out the “Unsainted” video, directed by the band’s very own M. Shawn Crahan, below to see the masks in action.

Now, Slipknot has released their nine portraits on Instagram of each mask.

The hashtag #wearenotyourkind, the name of the upcoming album, accompanies each photo. The posts for original members include their number, while Jay Weinberg and V-Man have just their name in the caption. The new drummer, which has yet to be identified, is not labeled at all.

As previously stated, after what has felt like an endless amount of teasing and an eternity of waiting, Slipknot finally announced their new album WE ARE NOT YOUR KIND, slated to be released Aug. 9 via Roadrunner Records. It’s available for preorder here.

Days prior to the announcement, Slipknot were dropping teasers for the date of May 16. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see what news or music the band might drop, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

Slipknot announced the details of their sixth LP along with the release of the first single, “Unsainted.”

“This is most time we’ve had to write a record, and work stuff out together,” guitarist Jim Root says. “One of my inspirations this time around was those artists that recorded full length albums – not just songs.  While the industry is moving toward singles, Slipknot wanted to make an album experience, front to back.”

Check out the album’s full track list below.
