Slipknot drop colorful, heavy-hitting “Nero Forte” music video

Slipknot just released their fourth music video of their #1 album We Are Not Your Kind today. Boy, does it go hard. The video is for “Nero Forte” which is one of the most popular songs on the album.

The video premiered at 12 pm and had roughly 30,000 people waiting on YouTube for the previously teased video.

Slipknot began teasing the video yesterday on Twitter and continued right up until the premiere.

Well, the heavy-hitting video for “Nero Forte” is finally here. Watch it below.

The dreamy-neon colors look more like they belong in a synth-pop video than in one for Slipknot. However, it seems that just adds to the macabre and ominous look Slipknot is going for.

More Slipknot

Slipknot are continuing to expand Knotfest by announcing the first-ever U.K. event. The news comes shortly after the band revealed the first Knotfest At Sea cruise.

Headlined by the band, they’ll be heading to the National Bowl in Milton Keynes on Aug. 22. This event marks the first time Slipknot have played the iconic U.K. venue since Ozzfest 2001.

More information pertaining to the on-site activities and supporting lineup is still pending. Official fan club presale begins Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. GMT, and signups are available on the Outside The 9 site. Keep posted to the Knotfest U.K. site for more information.

Slipknot kicked off their first Knotfest in 2012, expanding into five total countries since then including the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, France and Japan. The band revealed the lineup for Knotfest Japan earlier this year. In March, they’ll be joined by Anthrax, Korn, Marilyn Manson and more.

Continuing to tour in support of latest We Are Not Your Kind, Slipknot were recently announced for the stacked Sonic Temple Festival lineup taking place in Columbus, Ohio in May 2020. The band will also be heading to the U.K. earlier in the year with Behemoth. Check out the full list of Slipknot 2020 dates below with tickets here.
