Chris Fehn has shared his feelings about possibly wanting to return to Slipknot one day amid a lawsuit he’s filing against the band members.

Fehn has been pretty quiet on social media since the suit. A recent post is the first since he promoted his new song from Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell that arrived on the same day as the new Slipknot album.

The former Slipknot percussionist has been pursuing a lawsuit against the band since he left the group in March over a pay dispute.

He is suing for two counts of “breach of fiduciary duty,” one count of “unjust enrichment” and one count of “breach of implied in fact contract.”

Fehn’s lawsuit is against two different versions of Slipknot, Inc., both in New York and Los Angeles. It’s also against Knot Merch LLC,  Knot Touring LLC, SK Productions, LLC; Knot Touring LLC, Crahan, Taylor , manager Robert Shore and Shore’s law firm, Rob Shore & Associates, Inc.

Shore, Corey Taylor and Shawn “Clown” Crahan  have all called for the lawsuit to be thrown out.

Despite all of the back and forth with the suit, Fehn’s recent social media interaction suggests he doesn’t want his time with Slipknot to be over for good.

He posted a photo with his kid and apologized for his lack of social media presence lately in the caption.

“Sorry for the delay in my posts. I think you can all understand. New life. Dad. Loving it!!!” the caption read. You can see his post below.

Then, in the comments, someone wrote “Pls go back to Slipknot” to which Fehn replied “Someday”. It’s unclear what the outcome of the suit will be, but it sounds like Fehn is hopeful that his time with the band is far from over in the future.
