Smashing Pumpkins winter tour; live band to include members of Rage Against The Machine, the Killers

Smashing Pumpkins have revealed that they will be performing a handful of intimate worldwide tour dates this winter in support of their impending eighth full-length album, Monuments To An Elegy. The group's lineup for the shows will include Brad Wilk of Rage Against The Machine on drums and Mark Stoermer of the Killers. 

“We're absolutely thrilled and humbled to have Brad and Mark helping us out with these shows,” said frontman Billy Corgan. “And if our rehearsals are any indication, they should be one-of-a-kind.”

The band have also said that they will be announcing additional dates in Chicago, San Francisco and other select markets, very soon.
