Social Distortion cover Creedence Clearwater Revival

Social Distortion unveiled a cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s classic song “Up Around the Bend.”

Frontman Mike Ness comments on listening to CCR growing up, “Covering this song was easy and natural, as it is a major part of the foundation in my songwriting. It was a blast recording it and it will be even more fun playing it live.”

The song is part of the soundtrack of Free Birds, an animated movie that hits theaters November 1. The soundtrack will be available on October 29.
