According to CBS Los Angeles, Marshmello’s custom Ford Hennessey VelociRaptor was stolen on Wednesday night. The 26-foot vehicle is reportedly worth between $350,000 to $500,000.

As well, Marshmello has equipped the car with plenty of interesting features. The vehicle has two additional wheels, a train horn, a Rolls-Royce starlight and custom decals on its doors and exterior. Back in 2019, Marshmello showed off the custom green truck in a tweet.

Now, it looks like one individual really wanted to take that car for a drive. The vehicle was stolen on Wednesday night after Marshmello’s manager Moe Shalizi dropped it off at a Los Angeles Ford dealership for some servicing.

However, an unidentified suspect swiftly rode up to the dealership with a bike and came across the truck. They then threw their bicycle into the car’s bed and quickly drove off with the expensive vehicle.

Hours after the theft, deputies of the LAPD spotted the truck driving recklessly off of Malibu Knolls road. After a quick car chase on the freeway, the car thief managed to avoid spike strips before driving towards a Taco Bell. Once they made it through the fast-food chain’s parking lot, however, they crashed Marsmello’s car into a street light across the street.

According to CBS Los Angeles, the driver was arrested shortly after the crash. The sheriff’s departure also noted that the car thief “may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs” at the time of their arrest.

Back in September, Marshmello teamed up with Demi Lovato for “OK Not To Be OK.” The collaboration was released on World Suicide Prevention Day in partnership with the nonprofit Hope For The Day.

“I think it’s just such an important subject,” Marshmello told Apple Music. “I think a lot of people, about negative feelings and negative thoughts that are affecting them are kind of scared to bring it up, scared to talk about it. When in reality, they’re scared because maybe the person won’t relate or the person won’t understand, when in reality most of time the person that you could bring it up to, will most likely has felt like this or will understand or can relate as well. So I think it’s very important to talk about it.”
