Sonar Entertainment offers classic movies with new paid YouTube channel

Sonar Entertainment is looking to add more than videos of cute pandas going down a slide to YouTube. Today the company announced the launch of “Minis + Movies,” a new paid YouTube channel featuring miniseries and TV movies.

The first batch of available movie titles–all commercial free–include Ann Rule Presents The Stranger Beside Me, Black Fox, Dying To Belong, Kung Fu Killer and Seventeen Again. The available miniseries are Arabian Nights, Blackbeard, Lonesome Dove, Merlin, The Poseidon Adventure and Scarlett. New titles will be added each month. Subscribers can access the channel for $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year.
